🧾 Ingredients:
For the Dough:
- 500 g (4 cups) all-purpose flour
- 250 g (1 cup) unsalted butter (cold, cubed)
- 100 g (1/2 cup) sugar
- 25 g fresh yeast (or 7 g dry yeast)
- 150 ml (2/3 cup) warm milk
- 1 egg
