Hungarian Palacsinta (Pancakes)
Ingredients (Makes 10–12 pancakes)
- 250 g (2 cups) all-purpose flour
- 500 ml (2 cups) milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp sugar (omit for savory version)
- Pinch of salt
- 1–2 tbsp vegetable oil (plus extra for cooking)
- Optional: 50–100 ml (¼–½ cup) sparkling water (for extra lightness)
