Ingredients:
- 200g (1 cup) short-grain rice
- 800ml (3 β cups) whole milk
- 100g (Β½ cup) granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar or 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 large eggs, separated
- 1 lemon (zest only)
- 50g (ΒΌ cup) unsalted butter
