Pour a ladle of batter into the pan, swirling to coat the bottom thinly. Cook for about 1โ2 minutes until edges lift, then flip and cook the other side for 30 seconds. - Serve warm:

- Nutella
- Sweetened ground walnuts or poppy seeds
- Sweet cottage cheese
- Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate
