
Instructions:
- Cook the Pasta:
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the noodles until tender. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Bacon:
- In a skillet, fry the diced bacon until golden and crispy. Set aside a bit of the rendered fat for mixing.
- Assemble:
- In a large bowl or the pot, combine the hot noodles with the bacon (and a spoonful of bacon fat), crumbled cottage cheese, and sour cream. Mix gently.
- Finish & Serve:
- Add a pinch of salt to taste. Optionally, return the mixture to low heat for a minute to warm it through—or bake it briefly for a crusty top.

Serve warm with extra crispy bacon sprinkled on top! This is a popular comfort dish in Hungary and perfect for a simple lunch or dinner.
