
Instructions:
- Marinate Chicken:
In a bowl, combine chicken tenders, buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight in the fridge for best flavor). - Breading Setup:
Set up 3 bowls:- Flour in one
- Beaten eggs in the second
- Breadcrumbs in the third
- Coat Tenders:
Remove chicken from marinade. Dip each piece in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs. Press firmly to adhere. - Fry:
Heat about 1/2 inch of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken tenders in batches for 3–4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp 165°F / 75°C). Drain on paper towels.

1. Classic Honey Mustard:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- Dash of lemon juice
2. Garlic Ranch Dip:
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
3. Spicy Mayo:
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp lime juice
