This comforting pork and mushroom stew is simmered in onions, paprika, and sour cream—delivering the classic creamy, smoky flavors Hungary is famous for. It’s a variation of the famous csirkepaprikás (chicken paprikash), but with tender pork and mushrooms as the stars.
