🧾 Dough Ingredients:

  • 250 g (2 cups) all-purpose flour
  • 180 g (¾ cup) cold unsalted butter, diced
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 100 g (½ cup) sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: zest of ½ lemon

🧾 Walnut Filling:

  • 200 g (2 cups) finely ground walnuts
  • 100 g (½ cup) sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup warm milk (or as needed)
  • Optional: 1 tbsp honey or apricot jam
