🧾 Dough Ingredients:
- 250 g (2 cups) all-purpose flour
- 180 g (¾ cup) cold unsalted butter, diced
- 2 egg yolks
- 100 g (½ cup) sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: zest of ½ lemon
🧾 Walnut Filling:
- 200 g (2 cups) finely ground walnuts
- 100 g (½ cup) sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup warm milk (or as needed)
- Optional: 1 tbsp honey or apricot jam
