🥔 Ingredients:
- 500g (about 3 ¾ cups) all-purpose flour
- 250g (1 cup) cooked and mashed potatoes (cooled)
- 25g (0.9 oz) fresh yeast or 7g (2 ¼ tsp) instant dry yeast
- 250ml (1 cup) lukewarm milk
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil (plus more for greasing and frying)
🧄 Optional Toppings:
- Crushed garlic mixed with a little water and oil
- Sour cream
- Grated cheese (Emmental or mild cheddar works well)
