🇭🇺 Hungarian Cottage Cheese Pasta (Túrós Csusza)
Ingredients:
- 300g (10 oz) egg noodles or csusza pasta (or wide flat noodles)
- 200g (7 oz) dry curd cottage cheese or farmer’s cheese (Túró if available)
- 100g (3.5 oz) bacon or smoked pork belly, diced
- 200ml (¾ cup) sour cream
- Salt to taste
- Optional: fresh ground pepper
