🍞 Ingredients: (Makes 6–8 Lángos)
For the Dough:
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet (2¼ tsp) active dry yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1½ tsp salt
- 1¼ cups warm milk
- ½ cup warm water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Extra oil for deep-frying
For the Garlic Oil:
- 3–4 garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- Optional: a splash of water to dilute
Toppings (Optional but classic):
- Sour cream
- Shredded cheese (like mozzarella or mild cheddar)
- Extra minced garlic or garlic salt
- Chopped parsley (optional)
