🥞 Pancake Sausage Breakfast Bake

👩🍳 Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cook the sausage:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
- Prepare the pancake batter:
- In a large bowl, whisk together pancake mix, milk, eggs, vanilla, maple syrup, and cinnamon (if using) until smooth.
- Assemble the bake:
- Pour half of the pancake batter into the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the cooked sausage evenly over the batter.
- If using, sprinkle in cheddar cheese.
- Pour the remaining batter over the top to cover.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
- Cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with maple syrup drizzled on top. 🍁
