🍮 5-Minute Creamy Milk Dessert


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Blend it all:
    In a blender or food processor, add the condensed milk, cream (or milk), cream cheese, and vanilla. Blend for about 1–2 minutes until super smooth and fluffy.
  2. Optional – Thicken with gelatin:
    If you want a firmer dessert:
    • Bloom ½ tsp gelatin in 2 tbsp cold water for 5 minutes.
    • Microwave for 10 seconds to melt it, then add to the blender and mix again.
  3. Pour and chill:
    Pour the creamy mixture into cups, ramekins, or a dish.
    Chill in the fridge for 1 hour (or eat it soft like a mousse right away!).
  4. Serve:
    Top with fresh fruit, crushed cookies, cinnamon, chocolate shavings, or a drizzle of caramel if desired.

🍓 Optional Flavor Variations:

  • Add 1 tbsp lemon juice for a tangy cheesecake-style cream
  • Mix in melted chocolate or Nutella for a chocolate version
  • Add instant coffee for a creamy coffee dessert
